Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will work with you to address any concerns and, if necessary, provide additional service at no extra charge to ensure your satisfaction.

Cancellation Policy

Pre-Service Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule your service appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

Same-Day Cancellations: Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the service cost, as our team has already been dispatched and scheduled for your service.

Refund Policy

Completed Services: Due to the nature of our services (tree trimming, bush care, yard cleanup), completed services are generally not eligible for refunds as the work has been performed. However, if you are not satisfied with our work, we will make every effort to address your concerns and provide additional service to ensure your satisfaction.

Uncompleted Services: If we are unable to complete a service due to circumstances beyond our control (severe weather, safety concerns, etc.), you will receive a full refund for the uncompleted portion of the service.

Service Errors: If we make an error in service delivery or fail to meet the agreed-upon service specifications, we will correct the issue at no additional charge or provide a partial or full refund, at your discretion.

Payment Refunds

Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. The exact timing may vary depending on your financial institution.

Service Modifications

If you need to modify your service request after booking but before service begins, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, though additional charges may apply if the modifications increase the scope of work.

Weather-Related Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unsafe weather conditions (heavy rain, high winds, extreme temperatures, etc.) at no charge to you. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule at your convenience.

Property Access Issues

If we are unable to access your property or complete service due to locked gates, restricted access, or other access issues that were not disclosed at the time of booking, a cancellation fee may apply. Please ensure we have proper access instructions when booking your service.
